DG 24 24/06/02 RAPPORT CONCERNANT UNE MISSION DE L' OFFICE ALIMENTAIRE ET VÉTÉRINAIRE EFFECTUÉE EN THAILANDE DU 28 JANVIER AU 01 FÉVRIER 2002 CONCERNANT LA PRÉSENCE DE 3-MCPD DANS LA SAUCE DE SOJA [Extraits et conclusion en français - Rapport complet en anglais]
Conclusion générale : La Thaïlande n'est pas en mesure à l'heure actuelle de produire des sauces d'assaisonnement contenant une quantité de 3-MCPD inférieure à la limite maximale européenne. Les exportations directes de sauce d'assaisonnement à destination de l'UE ont cessé en juin 2000. Lorsque la technologie permettant de fabriquer un produit commercialement acceptable contenant une quantité de 3-MCPD inférieure à la limite maximale européenne sera disponible, la structure est en place pour qu'un contrôle officiel de la production soit assuré, en effectuant des analyses de laboratoire satisfaisantes.
