Un client allemand nous a demandé de lui livrer des pastilles de paraformaldéhyde. Or ce produit est "soit
disant" interdit d'utilisation en Allemagne. Je voudrais savoir quel risque nous prenons en leur livrant un produit interdit chez eux?

En réponse à votre question, en tant que distributeur européen de ce produit vous devez vous assurez d'etre en conformité avec la réglementation du pays où vous vendez votre produit.
Vous risquez, à mon sens plusieurs choses (je ne suis pas spécialiste de la réglementation allemande...), le retrait de vos produits, un procès verbal pour ne pas avoir respecter la réglementation en vigueur, un procès avec amende et voir plus en fonction des risques et des préjudices de vos clients (et de leurs clients...).

En gros je vous conseillerai de ne pas vendre ce produit (brillant comme déduction n'est-ce pas...?).

Attention, très dangereux à la concentration à laquelle il est vaporisé dans le local à désinfecter (lequel doit être hermétiquement fermé). Sauf erreur, les appareils qui font cette vaporisation sont programmés pour que, après le temps de contact, une deuxième vaporisation d'un produit neutralisant le formol soit faite. Et il faut quand même ventiler le local avant d'y rentrer.
