donnent l'alerte sur la viande de porc organique
Des
chercheurs de l'universite de Wageningen (specialisee dans
l'agriculture) previennent que le porc produit de maniere organique
peut conduire a la cecite Les femmes enceintes pourraient perdre leur
enfant, car la viande peut contenir le parasite Toxoplasmose
Les scientifiques ont mene leur recherche dans un abattoir ou le
parasite a ete decouvert dans 2,9% des cochons de fermes organiques,
et pas du tout dans les cochons ordinaires Le parasite affecte
environ 250 personnes par an, qui vont avoir de la fievre ou une
infection oculaire, qui peut conduire a la cecite Les femmes
enceintes et les personnes fragiles doivent etre particulierement
vigilantes
Les cochons issus d'elevage organique contractent le
parasite en mangeant les oeufs trouves dans les excrements de chats
malades ou errants Les chercheurs font pression pour intensifier les
inspections
Le ministere de l'Agriculture attend les
recommandations de l'Autorite pour la securite alimentaire qui
indique qu'un chauffage intense de la viande suffit a eliminer le
parasite..

sourire, il semble que les services du ministère des affaires
étrangères n'ont pas,comme beaucoup d'autres
d'ailleurs, des techniques de production et du vocabulaire en usage,
une connaissance de grande qualité
maintenant sur
l'info, il semble normal que les diverses techniques de production
expriment des dangers et risques différents, la question
pourrait être:
- où se trouve ces
différences et les techniques de gestion de ces différences
je n'ai pas trouvé cela dans:

j'ai entendu dire que les produits surgelés, steacks hachés
par exemple, ne présentaient pas de danger pour la femme
enceinte. En effet les basses températures tueraient les
parasites responsables de la toxoplasmose.

donné qu'il faut se "protéger" d'autres
bactéries, ce n'est pas parceque la congélation
protègerait de la toxo qu'il faudrait quand même
consommer la viande saignante.
Donc en cuisant bien les viandes
pour toutes les autres bactéries, on se couvre pour la toxo.
