ce n'est peut être pas faux, mais, si le Mexique avait, en place, un système législatif plus respectueux de l'environnement, le creuset de cette épidémie n'aurait pas existé.
Dit autrement, le gestion des urgences c'est bien la gestion des problèmes de fond c'est mieux.
Dans la dernière crise aérienne, donc due au volcan, pardon, à une norme très mal écrite, il est amusant de voir si peu de choses d'écrites sur les causes de cette crise. Ce secteur, hyper-contrôlé a été pris en défaut x fois, suite à des passages dans des nuages de cendres. Cela a déclenché réunions et décision. Sauf que quand on prend pour norme zéro cendre, ensuite, il faut assumer. C'est étrange, mais, pour assumer, là, il n'y a plus personne et l'on accuse le principe de précaution. Cela me semble, un peu facile.
