il a été souvent été évoqué en ce lieu le niveau trop faible de la capacité d'expertise collective, d'organisme public, dans l'ordre:
- l'O.N.F ( voir dossier sol)
- l'I.N.R.A ( voir dossier mouche d'élevage et zootechnie en général...)
- l'oNEMA ( voir dossier anguille) , donc à associer à l'IFREMER

mais, là, c'est le CIRAD, un organisme, dit d'excellence, qui visiblement a bien du mal à justifier le dossier mouche bleue, que j'aimerai voir traiter correctement par cette liste.
